Description
ULTRACAST® R – A range of core masses based on fused quartz for manufacture of hollow castings of various structural complexity by investment casting. Ceramic cores are produced by plastic injection of core composition into a forming tool followed by sintering.
Core mixture includes technological additives that reduce injection pressure, thereby significantly reducing abrasive effect to working part of forming equipment, thereby increasing its service life. To increase strength, ceramic cores are impregnated with a special composition after firing.
Technology makes it possible to produce ceramic cores both thin-walled (0.35 mm) and thick-walled (>100 mm).

Transportation and storage conditions
Store in a dry, closed room, at a temperature no higher than +28C, at a distance of at least 1 meter from heating devices.
