ULTRACAST® Fill-Fsi – Refractory flour based on high-purity fused silica material. It is used in process of shell coating for investment casting as part of a water-based binder.

Usage of Ultracast® Fill-FSi flour will allow:

• Increase fire resistance of ceramic shells and reduce defects from shell destruction during dewaxing, burning and pouring metal

• Significantly reduce removal time in technological cycle

• Exclude refractory backing material from technological cycle during burning and pouring process

• Improve quality of castings
