Description
ULTRACAST® Fill-Fsi – Refractory filler based on high-purity fused quartz. It is used in process of applying a refractory coating for investment casting as part of a water-based refractory slurry.
Usage of Ultracast® Fill-FSi filler will allow:

Increase fire resistance of ceramic shells and reduce defects from shell destruction during dewaxing, burning and pouring metal

Significantly reduce removal time in technological cycle

Exclude support filler during burning and pouring from technological cycle
